A commemorative rally and a flower-laying ceremony took place at the military grave in Vitebsk on the National Remembrance Day of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People. Taking part in the event were regional and municipal officials, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and retired members of the Armed Forces, representatives of the clergy, labor collectives and public associations, as well as the youth.
