MINSK, 28 December (BelTA) - Snowy and windy weather has settled over Minsk today. The snow blanketed the capital and instantly transformed the city's atmosphere, heralding the approaching New Year holidays. Snowplows are active on the roads, clearing snow and treating the pavement with a sand-salt mixture. Snow removal equipment has also been deployed to clear residential areas.
