Servicemen dive into icy water to celebrate Epiphany in Vitebsk
Around 600 servicemen of the 103rd Independent Guards Airborne Brigade in Vitebsk, the staff of local law enforcement agencies and members of military unit 5524 of the internal military forces plunged into water to celebrate the Epiphany on 19 January.
