Osmolovka became the first prestigious neighborhood of the post-war Minsk. It was designed by architect Mikhail Osmolovsky and built in 1945-1949. In 2019, the Belarusian Culture Ministry adopted a project on protection of immovable tangible historical and cultural heritage in the neighborhood of Osmolovka.
