On the International Day of Peace which is observed around the world on 21 September, the Belarusian Peace Foundation inaugurated 12 wards for veterans at Minsk City Cancer Center and 21 wards at Minsk City Emergencies Hospital. As part of the campaign We Care About Veterans, the Belarusian Peace Foundation helps equip veteran wards with refrigerators, TV sets, beds and diagnostic kits.
