The University of Civil Protection of the Emergencies Ministry held a solemn ceremony to open the monumental sculpture “To the Emergencies Ministry employees who died in the line of duty” in Minsk on 14 April. The event was timed to the Day of Honoring Veterans of Emergencies Services celebrated on 17 April.
