The maiden edition of the International Transport and Construction Congress was organized by the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan with the support of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation. The Republic of Belarus was the partner country of the congress. Taking part in the congress were leading companies in the construction and road transport industries, representatives of federal and regional executive authorities, the financial sector and public associations from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Türkiye and Iran.
