Flower ceremony at Victory Memorial in Minsk to mark Fatherland Defenders Day

Representatives of the State Secretariat of the Security Council of Belarus led by State Secretary Aleksandr Volfovich laid flowers at the Victory Memorial in Minsk on 23 February to mark the Fatherland Defenders and Armed Forces Day.
