Snopkov: Households have been net seller of currency in Belarus for seventh month
MINSK, 22 October (BelTA) - For the seventh month in a row, households have been a net seller of foreign exchange, Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov said during a joint sitting of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic in Minsk on 22 October, BelTA has learned.
"For the seventh month in a row, households have been a net seller of currency. Since the beginning of the year, individuals have sold currencies worth of $900 million," Nikolai Snopkov said.
