Minister: Belarus is open to Egyptian investors

MINSK, 5 May (BelTA) – Belarusian Economy Minister Yuri Chebotar met with Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Mohamed Farid Saleh of the Arab Republic of Egypt‏, BelTA learned from the press service of the Economy Ministry of Belarus.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of investment cooperation between the two countries and emphasized the significant potential for collaboration. The need to identify priority areas that serve mutual interests was noted.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to intensify joint work on the investment track, which will contribute to strengthening economic ties between Belarus and Egypt.
