Interest yield on eurobond issue Belarus 2027 paid out

MINSK, 30 December (BelTA) – Belarus has paid out interest yield on eurobonds, representatives of the Belarusian Finance Ministry told BelTA.

Interest yield on the eurobond issue Belarus 2027 was paid out to the equivalent of $12.2 million on 29 December. The full amount of money was transferred to a dedicated bank account in OAO ASB Belarusbank. The account had been opened in line with the government’s and the central bank’s resolution No.212/10 of 6 April 2022. The resolution introduced temporary measures for honoring external state debt commitments.

As much as $0.4 million was transferred to the holders as part of a eurobond swap via the National Settlement Depository.
