Ghanaian Ambassador: Belarusian machinery is well-known in Ghana

MOSCOW, 21 February (BelTA) - Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Yuri Seliverstov held a meeting with Ambassador of Ghana to the Russian Federation Koma Steem Jehu-Appiah, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

The ambassadors discussed the interaction between the two countries in the political, trade, economic, and humanitarian avenues. “Ambassador Koma Steem Jehu-Appiah stated that the products of Belarusian mechanical engineering are well known in his country. The diplomat emphasized the importance of developing contacts between the business communities of Belarus and Ghana and ensuring the mutually beneficial bilateral trade. For his part, the Belarusian Ambassador concurred with this approach and highlighted the important role of business circles in the development of trade. He emphasized that the Belarusian side is ready to demonstrate to delegations from Ghana all the capabilities of major enterprises and the produce line-ups," the press service reported.

Yuri Seliverstov and Koma Steem Jehu-Appiah also briefly touched upon the issue of developing the legal framework of the bilateral cooperation.
