Business forum in Brest to feature exhibitions of products, services
BREST, 26 April (BelTA) - Thematic exhibitions of products and services from Belarusian enterprises will be organized in Brest on 28-30 April during the international business contact forum “The First Region - A Territory of Success”, BelTA learned from the press service of the Brest Oblast Executive Committee.
During the forum days, visitors will have the opportunity to see an exhibition of machinery and products manufactured by enterprises of the Industry Ministry. Among the exhibits will be a BelAZ mining haul truck, MAZ and Brestmash buses and minivans, BELGEE passenger cars, Gomselmash grain harvesting equipment, and Amkodor road construction and logging machinery. Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ) tractor equipment, Bobruiskagromash tillage and seeding machinery, products from Minsk Engine Plant, and others will also be on display.
Enterprises of the Belarusian state concern for production and sale of light industry goods Bellegprom will present their goods, including Orsha Linen Mill, Mogotex, Lenta, Minsk Leather Production Association, Polesie from Pinsk, Galanteya, Vitebsk Carpets, 8 Marta, and others.
Special attention will be given to manufacturers from Brest Oblast. For example, STiM will showcase road marking machines, Mekosan - a self-propelled fertilizer spreader-sprayer, and Pinsk Plant of Small Mechanization Equipment - hydraulic aerial platforms. Furniture manufacturers and woodworkers, as well as machinery and metalworking enterprises, will present their products. Visitors will see food industry equipment, kitchen appliances, and much more. Food producers, including meat and dairy, will offer their own exhibits. The tourism potential of Brest Oblast will also be showcased.
The forum will bring together Belarusian and international partners in Brest to forge connections and pursue joint projects. Over 100 representatives from different countries have confirmed attendance. The event is expected to draw heads of diplomatic missions, as well as official and business delegations. The agenda spans key economic and social development sectors.
