MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) – In 2025 the export of MTZ vehicles to Uzbekistan increased by 15% from 2024, BelTA learned from Aleksandr Surovets, Deputy Head of the CIS Promotion and Sales Office of OAO MTZ’s Marketing Center.

The MTZ press service quoted Aleksandr Surovets as saying that MTZ shipped over 3,000 units of equipment to Uzbekistan in 2025. Tractors in a broad range of engine power are in demand in the country: from 80hp to 200hp in addition to MTZ 80X cotton-growing tractors. Apart from that, part of the contract on shipping drive trains was implemented with the Uzbek company Krantas Group.

The MTZ press service noted that at present the company’s distribution chain in Uzbekistan is represented by five dealerships. A joint venture to assemble MTZ tractors also operates in the city of Nurafshon.
