Belarus to increase machinery supplies to Sudan

MINSK, 4 May (BelTA) – Belarus plans to increase machinery supplies to Sudan, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection is responsible for developing trade and economic relations with three countries, including Sudan. According to the ministry, the Sudanese delegation arrived in Minsk for the fifth session of the Belarusian-Sudanese Cooperation Commission. On the first day of the visit, the delegation toured Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ), reviewed the company’s machinery lineup and visited the MTZ Museum and Industrial Center of Labor Glory.
During the negotiations, both sides acknowledged the mutually beneficial nature of their cooperation and reaffirmed an agreement to increase machinery supplies to 200 units over the course of 2026.
