Belarus, China adopt investment cooperation roadmap

MINSK, 1 September (BelTA) – The Belarusian Economy Ministry and China’s National International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) have adopted mutual cooperation plans for implementation of promising investment projects and human potential development, the press service of the Economy Ministry told BelTA.

The 2025-2030 roadmap for development cooperation defines a work plan for the preparation and implementation of promising projects in infrastructure and social development, the creation of joint production facilities and the development of high-tech industries. It also records the intentions to promote the Global Development Initiative, to accelerate the implementation of projects aimed at the social and economic development of Belarus and the improvement of living standards of the population.

The memorandum of understanding on strengthening human potential development cooperation provides for the organization of educational events to improve personnel skills and exchange best practices in public administration, digital economy, artificial intelligence, agriculture, healthcare, industrial parks, vocational education and others.
