Belarus' ambassador visits Kyrgyzstan's National Institute for Strategic Studies

MINSK, 31 August (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Kyrgyzstan Sergei Molunov has met with Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies of the Kyrgyz Republic (NISI) Sanjar Mukanbetov at the NISI headquarters, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan.
The participants of the meeting delved into cooperation prospects in economy and reviewed the current geopolitical situation.
They also discussed possible participation of a NISI representative at the Second Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security scheduled for 31 October – 1 November 2024.
The Kyrgyz side remarked that this forum is relevant and important given the ongoing global crisis.
