MINSK, 19 February (BelTA) – About 4,700 new apartments were built in Belarus in January. As much as 443,200m2 of housing was commissioned, the National Statistics Committee told BelTA.
As much as 206,000m2 of housing was commissioned for citizens on the housing register. The figure represents 46.5% of the total volume of housing commissioned and includes 145,100m2 of housing built using state support.
As much as 137,400m2 of housing or 31% of the total new housing was commissioned in the countryside.
