Belarus president expresses concern over expanding military blocs

Military blocs and unions in the world are expanding to the detriment of security of other countries. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko pointed out the fact during the ceremony held in the Palace of Independence on 5 July to commend graduates of higher military education institutions and senior army, police, and customs service officers.
