Belarus president meets with the head of Russia's Chechnya

Belarus builds relations with representatives of the multiethnic country of Russia in a brotherly fashion. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the statement as he met with Ramzan Kadyrov, Head of the Chechen Republic of the Russian Federation, on 25 September.
