MINSK, 8 November (BelTA) – The international ice hockey junior tournament for the President's Sport Club Cup will kick off at Chizhovka Arena in Minsk on 8 November, BelTA has learned.
Taking part in the competitions that will last through 10 November will be young hockey players from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and Latvia. The Belarusian team under Pavel Perepekhin will include 27 players representing hockey schools of Dinamo Minsk, Yunost, Shakhtyor Soligorsk and several Russian schools.
Russia won the tournament last year. Belarus was victorious at the competitions in 2008, 2009 and 2014. The first tournament was held in 2007.
