MINSK, 26 September (BelTA) – Belarus' Viktor Krivko and Anna Frolina, representing South Korea, won the sprint events at the Belarus Open Summer Biathlon Championships, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Biathlon Federation.
The tournament has kicked off at the Raubichi Olympic Center. Viktor Krivko clocked 25:27.4 with two penalties. Second was Timofei Lapshin, representing the Korean team.
Anna Frolina won the women's event in 25:05.4 with four penalties. Belarus' Darya Yurkevich finished second. Olympic champions Dinara Alimbekova and Irina Krivko did not take part in the competition.
Dmitry Lazovsky and Natalya Karinitskaya won the junior sprint events.
