MINSK, 19 February (BelTA) – Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus went off to a good start at the 2020 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships on 18 February, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian needed three sets and just over two hours on court to see off Greece's Maria Sakkari 6-2, 4-6, 6-1 and reach the second round.

Aliaksandra Sasnovich of Belarus lost 4-6, 3-6 to France's Kristina Mladenovic in the round of Last 32 after going through the qualifying to reach the main draw.
The 2020 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, with the total money prize of $2.6 million, will be over on 22 February.
