NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
RAUBICHI, 25 February (BelTA) – It is imperative for Belarus to further develop cooperation with the People's Republic of China in sports, President of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus Viktor Lukashenko said after he took part in the Minsk Ski Track 2023 relay race in Raubichi on 25 February, BelTA has learned.
Viktor Lukashenko said that the topic of sports cooperation would be discussed among other matters during the forthcoming state visit to China. “These issues will probably be raised as part of the general agenda. The work on them has already begun,” he said.
“We would love to train with the Chinese. They are among the world's strongest athletes. Therefore, victories will be considered as highly important,” the NOC president said.
