MINSK, 19 October (BelTA) – Belarus' Max Mirnyi and Philipp Oswald of Austria have reached the Kremlin Cup men's doubles semifinal, BelTA has learned.
In the quarterfinal the Belarusian-Austrian tandem saw off the Austrian-Croatian duo of Jurgen Melzer and Nikola Mektic 4-6, 7-5, 13-11. In the semifinal Max Mirnyi and Philipp Oswald will face Malek Jaziri of Tunisia and Nicholas Kyrgios of Australia.
Belarus' world number 217 Egor Gerasimov will play World No.49 Adrian Mannarino of France in the men's singles quarterfinal.
In the Luxembourg semifinal Belarus' Vera Lapko paired with Mandy Minella of Luxembourg will take on the Bulgarian-Romanian duet of Isabella Shinikova and Raluca Serban.More about Sport
