Minsk to host BHL Final Four

MINSK, 26 March (BelTA) – Minsk will play host to the 2018/19 Baltic Handball League Final Four on 20-21 April, BelTA learned from the HC SKA Minsk.

The venue for the matches is the Uruchye Sport Center.

Semifinals will be played on 20 April. SKA Minsk will face the reigning champion Cocks Riihimaki, while Dragunas Klaipeda will play ZTR Zaporozhye. The third-place play-off and the final will take place on 21 April.

SKA Minsk won the Baltic League tournament in 2013, 2014 and 2015, took silver in 2016 and clinched bronze in 2017 and 2018. Last season Minskers beat ZTR Zaporozhye 40-37 to secure a bronze medal. Gold went to Cocks Riihimaki who defeated Polva 26-23.
