Minsk 2019: Competition Day Four
MINSK, 24 June (BelTA) – The 2nd European Games are underway in Minsk. Athletes are expected to compete in 14 medal events on competition day four. Champions and medalists will be named in eight sports.
Best of the best will be named in 3x3 basketball, judo, trampoline, aerobics, rifle&pistol and shotgun shooting. Qualifications will continue in boxing, archery and table tennis. Badminton competitions will kick off as well.

The Tennis Olympic Center is hosting the Mixed Doubles events.

In the quarterfinal on 24 June, the Belarusian duo lost a tense match to the French tandem of Laura Gasnier and Tristan Flore 2-3 (4-11, 11-7, 6-11, 14-12, 4-11).

Belarus lose in badminton opener at Minsk 2019
The Belarusian tandem of Anastasiya Cherniavskaya and Alesia Zaitsava lost the Group C opener to Belgium's Lise Jaques and Flore Vandenhoucke 10-21, 11-21. The Belarusians will next play the Estonian duo of Kati-Kreet Marran and Helina Ruutel.

Belarus 4th in Mixed Team 50m Pistol at Minsk 2019
In the final the Belarusian duet lost the medal chances following the first session giving way to Georgia, Latvia, and Russia.
Minsk 2019: Belarus' Pavel Dalidovich into Men's Recurve Individual last 16
On 24 June, the Belarusian beat Israel's Itay Shanny 6-2 and France's Pierre Plihon 6-4. Pavel Dalidovich will compete against Spain's Daniel Castro for a quarterfinal berth.
In the first quarterfinal on 24 June the Belarusians secured a 15-11 win over the Netherlands.
