MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – HC Dinamo Minsk have capped off another successful undefeated road trip in the 2025/26 Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) regular season, BelTA has learned.

In their final match in the Far East, Dmitri Kvartalnov’s team took on HC Amur Khabarovsk. The opening frame belonged to the Minsk side, who enjoyed two power plays and doubled their opponent’s shot count, but couldn’t make it count on the scoreboard. The hosts from Khabarovsk rang the bell first in the 34th minute and thought they had a second midway through the final period, only to see it waved off for offside.

HC Dinamo Minsk broke the deadlock early in the third when Nikolai Salygo found the net, marking his maiden KHL goal. The Minsk Bisons then struck what seemed to be the winner just seven minutes from time through Daniil Lipsky, who kept his point streak alive at three games. However, HC Amur Khabarovsk clawed back to force overtime. After a scoreless extra period, the contest went to a shootout, which Dinamo clinched 3-2.

During their road trip, the Belarusian team secured six points out of a possible six, having previously defeated HC Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod 2-1 and HC Admiral Vladivostok 4-1. The Minsk Bisons have reclaimed the lead in the Western Conference, moving one point ahead of HC Severstal Cherepovets. The Minsk team now enters a two-week hiatus. During this period, the Belarusian national squad will compete in the Channel One Cup in Russia’s Novosibirsk. HC Dinamo Minsk will return to KHL action on 16 December with an away game against HC Lokomotiv Yaroslavl.
