MINSK, 13 February (BelTA) – Half of the tickets for the UEFA Futsal Champions League 2019/20 finals has been sold in less than a week, BelTA learned from the media service of the UEFA Futsal Champions League.

Fans from Europe, Asia and the USA will come to Minsk to attend the games of the tournament in April. Belarusians and Russians are the most active ticket buyers. Tickets have been also bought by fans from Austria, the UK, Hungary, Germany, Israel, Indonesia, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, the USA, Ukraine, Sweden and Estonia. The tickets went on sale on 6 February.

According to the international competition standards, a part of the tickets is reserved for representatives of the participating teams and the UEFA.

In view of the high demand, all-game tickets will be on sale until 18.00 on 14 February.

Last year the Sport Palace Uruchie hosted the group stages of the main and the elite rounds featuring FC Stalitsa Minsk. The tournaments were highly rated by the UEFA, and Belarus got the right to host UEFA Futsal Champions League. This is the first time that the final tournament is held at a neutral venue instead of in the country of one of the four qualified teams.
