Grabovski appointed sports director of HC Dinamo Minsk

MINSK, 8 July (BelTA) - Well-known Belarusian professional ice hockey forward Mikhail Grabovski, a retired player, will combine the duties of assistant to the head coach and sports director of HC Dinamo Minsk, director general of the ice hockey club Dmitry Baskov told a press conference before the start of the pre-season, BelTA has learned.

According to Dmitry Baskov, the appointment of the experienced Belarusian player will help the Belarusian club to achieve great progress in the coming season.

Mikhail Grabovski had spent most of his career in the NHL clubs Montreal and New York Islanders. He had to retire due to injury. Mikhail Grabovski was voted Belarus hockey player four times: 2009, 2011, 2013, and 2014.
