MINSK, 2 April (BelTA) – Head coach of HC Dinamo Minsk Gordie Dwyer has signed a one-year contract extension to stay with the Belarusian club through 2018-19 KHL season, BelTA informs.
According to HC Dinamo Minsk Director General Anatoly Kurilets, it is the first step to form the team for the next season.
“The analysis of the previous season showed that the team's coaching staff did everything or almost everything possible to meet the preset tasks,” he said.
According to the director general, the team will be set a number of serious goals in the new season. “The team will be expected to reach the postseason, show beautiful and stable performance throughout the championship,” Anatoly Kurilets said.
HC Dinamo Minsk placed tenth in the Western Conference in the KHL 2017-18 regular season.
