Gold for Belarus at 2018 UIPM World Championships in Mexico

MINSK, 10 September (BelTA) – Irina Prosentsova and Anastasia Prokopenko won the relay gold at the 2018 UIPM World Championships in Mexico City, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusians scored 1,381 points. Silver went to Annika Schleu and Ronja Steinborn of Germany (1,364 points). Guatemala's Sofia Cabrera and Sophia Hernandez finished third with 1,353 points.

In 2017 Anastasia Prokopenko won the European champion title in the individual event in Minsk.

In the men's relay Belarus' Ilya Polozkov and Yaroslav Radyuk finished fourth with 1,475 points. Gold went to France.

The 2018 UIPM World Championships in Mexico will be over on 15 September.
