MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Belarus' Darya Domracheva has received the Small Crystal Globe in the Women Pursuit of the 2014/15 IBU season following the decision on Russian biathlete Ekaterina Glazyrina. The corresponding amendments were made on the office website of the International Biathlon Union (IBU), BelTA has learned.

Due to the anti-doping rule violation, Ekaterina Glazyrina's results in the Women Pursuit at the 2017 IBU Biathlon World Championships in Hochfilzen were revised. The Russian biathlete, who finished second, was stripped of the medal which went to France's Anais Bescond. Darya Domracheva climbed up one position from her 13th place and equaled in points (348) with Kaisa Makarainen. Thanks to a bigger number of Pursuit victories Darya Domracheva topped the classification.

Darya Domracheva won the Big Crystal Globe in the 2014/15 season.
