NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
MINSK, 16 July (BelTA) – Dmitri Dashchinski was elected chairman of the Belarusian Association of School Sports during a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Belarusian Association of School Sports (BASS), BelTA learned from the press service of the Education Ministry.
The meeting was attended by members of the BASS Executive Committee and representatives of the Education Ministry. The BASS members supported unanimously the candidature of Dmitri Dashchinski, the Belarusian freestyle skier, two-time Olympic medalist in aerials, honored master of sports of Belarus, coach of the junior team.
The meeting also addressed the issues of further development of the Belarusian Association of School Sports. The association is planning to hold the general meeting in August.
