Belarus' Yuri Golub wins Men's 12.5km gold in PyeongChang

MINSK, 13 March (BelTA) – Yuri Golub of Belarus won gold in the biathlon Men's 12.5km, Visually Impaired at the 12th Winter Paralympic Games in PyeongChang, BelTA informs.

The Belarusian clocked 39:23.7 to take the champion title. Silver went to Oleksandr Kazik of Ukraine, 2.7 seconds back. Third was Ukraine's Iurii Utkin, 56.2 seconds behind the winner.

Yuri Golub earlier won silver in the Men's 20km cross-country skiing and another silver in the biathlon Men's 7.5km.
