MINSK, 29 March (BelTA) – Belarus won four medals at the 2021 FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Sofia, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association.
Alina Harnasko claimed the individual all-around bronze with the total score of 96,150 points. Anastasiia Salos of Belarus scored 93,250 points to place fourth.
Israel's Linoy Ashram secured the individual all-around title with the total of 98,450 points. Bulgaria's Boryana Kaleyn finished second with 98,250 points.
The Belarusian athletes won medals in three finals.
Anastasiia Salos took silver with the Hoop (26,100 points) and another one with the Ribbon (21,600 points). Boryana Kaleyn topped the chart in both the events.
Alina Harnasko clinched one more silver, scoring 25,850 points with the Ball. Linoy Ashram celebrated the victory in the routine with the total of 26,500 points.
Athletes from 37 countries performed in Sofia. The next World Cup will take place in Tashkent on 16-18 April.
