Belarus win eight medals at 2021 FIG World Cup in Uzbekistan

MINSK, 19 April (BelTA) – Belarus won eight medals at the 2021 Rhythmic Gymnastics FIG World Cup in Uzbekistan, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association.

The bronze in the Individual All-Around event went to Anastasiia Salos who scored a total of 96,500 points. The Belarusian athlete placed behind the Russian sisters. Dina Averina clinched gold with the total of 104,100 points, while Arina Averina took silver with the total of 97,400 points. Belarus' Alina Harnasko finished fourth with 94,150 points.

Belarus claimed bronze in the Group All-Around event, scoring 72,250 points. Silver was collected by Israel (73,550 points). Uzbekistan scored 76,400 points to secure gold.

Alina Harnasko won gold in the Ribbon routine (22,750 points). Italy's Sofia Raffaeli took silver with the total of 22,100 points. Russia's Dina Averina claimed bronze (21,500 points).

The Belarusian took bronze with the Ball (25,100 points). Arina Averina scored 28,400 points to secure gold. Silver went to Dina Averina with 28,150 points.

The same athletes graced the podium in the Clubs event. Arina Averina took gold with the total of 28,650 points. Silver went to Dina Averina (28,150). Alina Harnasko took bronze (26,550).

Anastasiia Salos secured bronze with the total of 24,700 points with the Hoop. Gold went to Dina Averina (27,750 points). Italy's Sofia Raffaeli won silver (25,400 points).

The Belarusian team also won gold in the Hoops and Clubs event with the total of 38,650 points. Second was Uzbekistan (37,700), third – Israel (34,950).

Belarus secured silver with the Balls (38,650). Gold went to Uzbekistan (40,950), bronze – to Israel (37,600).

Competing in Tashkent were athletes from 30 countries.
