MINSK, 13 April (BelTA) - Belarus will face Hungary on 13 April to wrap up its UEFA Futsal Euro 2022 qualifying process, BelTA has learned.
Belarus will play Hungary at the Uruchye Sport Center. The match will start at 18.00 local time and will be broadcast live on Belarus 5 TV Channel.
In the first leg Hungary edged Belarus 2-1 in Budapest. Earlier, Belarus defeated Israel 3-0 on the road and 14-0 at home and lost to Kazakhstan 2-5 on the road and 1-6 at home.
The group standings are as the following: Kazakhstan – 18 points, Hungary – 6, Belarus – 6, Israel – 3.
Spain, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia and Azerbaijan have already qualified for the final. Winners of the eight qualifying teams and six best runners-up will compete in the final stage of the 2022 European championship. The two other runners-up will face each other for one more berth in the final, which is to be played in the Netherlands on 19 January – 6 February 2022.
