Belarus to compete at CEV European beach volleyball events

MINSK, 20 August (BelTA) – Belarusians will compete at the CEV EuroBeachVolley 2020 in Jurmala, Latvia on 16-20 September, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Volleyball Federation.

The final tournament will feature 32 male and 32 female teams, including Belarus' Aliaksandr Dziadkou and Pavel Piatrushka. They will learn their rivals in the group stage on 26 August.

Belarus will be represented by Darya Borys and Hanna Karabinovich at the CEV U18 Beach Volleyball European Championships. Arseni Kotau and Illia Kapysh will defend Belarus colors in the men's events. Both the events will take place in Izmir, Turkey on 16-20 September.

The U20 Beach Volleyball European Championship in Brno, the Czech Republic (9-13 September) will feature Uladzimir Halota and Andrei Balyka.

The Belarusian duo of Illia Abramenka and Uladzislau Ivanov will compete at the CEV U22 Beach Volleyball European Championships which is due to take place in Izmir, Turkey on 23-27 September.
