MINSK, 7 June (BelTA) - The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has released the groups for the 2022 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship due in Helsinki and Tampere.
Belarus have drawn with Finland, the United States, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Latvia, Norway, and the UK in Group B. Matches will be played at Tampere Arena.
Group A will be based in Helsinki and will feature Canada, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, Denmark, Kazakhstan and Italy.
The 2022 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship will take place in Finland from 13 to 29 May 2022.
