Belarus claim five bronze medals on Baku 2019 EYOF day two

MINSK, 23 July (BelTA) – Belarusian athletes won five bronze medals on the second competition day of the 15th Summer European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Baku, Azerbaijan, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Olympic Committee.

Belarusian wrestler Anatoli Hramyka beat Bulgaria's Ivan Stoyanov 6-3 to secure the boys' 60kg bronze.

His teammate Egor Rudausky claimed bronze in the boys' 48kg medal bout against Poland's Sebastian Indycki 10-0.

Aliaksandra Kisliakova took bronze in the girls' -49kg category against Regina Miller of Russia 10-0.

Two more bronze medals were earlier added to Belarus' medal haul by Mikita Murashka (-60kg) and Maksim Stupakevich (48kg).

Belarus has so far won six (one gold and five bronze) medals at the ongoing European Youth Olympic Festival. Azerbaijan is topping the medal standings with 10 (including four gold) medals.
