MINSK, 3 February (BelTA) – Alina Talay of Belarus placed second at the Meeting de Paris Indoor 2020, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Athletics Federation.
Alina Talay clocked 7.97 seconds to finish second in the Women's 60m Hurdles. The Belarusian showed the best result among the European athletes this season. Gold went to Christina Clemons of the United States (7.91 seconds). Her teammate Payton Chadwick came in third (8.08 seconds).
Belarus' Vitali Parakhonka and Krystsina Tsimanouskaya failed to advance to the final.
