MINSK, 18 November (BelTA) – The 2025 IFMA Muaythai European Championships will kick off in Athens, the capital of Greece, on 19 November, with 21 Belarusian athletes set to compete, BelTA has learned.
Fighters from all age groups will represent Belarus in Greece. In the hunt for medals in the men’s and women’s categories will be Daniil Dzedavets (67 kg), Yauheni Fedarynchyk (71 kg), and Darya Belkova (63.5 kg). In the U23 category, the team will feature Miron Borbotovich (57 kg), Ivan Shanhin (60 kg), Heorhi Fokin (67 kg), and Ruslan Kyamalov (75 kg).
The junior tournament (U17) will include Belarusians Nikita Burlo (51 kg), Nazar Leliukevich (57 kg), Nikita Gavrish (63.5 kg), Maksim Pliuta (71 kg), and Yevgeny Zakrevsky (81 kg). The U15 competition will feature Tsimafei Shuliak (45 kg), Tamirlan Turgambayev (57 kg), and Yauheniya Koran (51 kg).
The U13 category will be represented by Artsiom Yakaltsevich (42 kg), Ravil Gasanov (48 kg), and Tsimur Marozau (50 kg), while the U11 group will see Hleb Liashko (30 kg), Mikita Zaloska (32 kg), and Hleb Shopik (38 kg) in action. Preliminary bouts will run from 19 to 22 November, with semi-finals scheduled for 23 November, and finals – for 24 November.
