MINSK, 3 April (BelTA) – The World Health Organization (WHO) has provided Belarus with 6,000 COVID-19 testing kits of German manufacture, BelTA learned from the UN Office in Belarus.
“All tests have already reached the laboratory of the National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology,” the message says.
WHO has so far sent over 1.5 million testing kits to 120 countries.
According to the Healthcare Ministry of Belarus, there are both domestic and imported testing kits in the country. Belarus has nine laboratories working on the matter, with the possibility to add three more if needed.
