
MOSCOW, 2 June (BelTA) - The Commission on Energy and Transport of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia is set to meet at the Polymir Plant of Naftan oil refinery in Novopolotsk, Belarus on 8 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the PA.
“The MPs will consider the Union State program on the development of single markets of oil and oil products,” the press service said.
They are also set to discuss proposals on setting up an expert group to work out the functioning of the Union State single transport market.
The event will be attended by representatives of the Union State Standing Committee, the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Economy Ministry of Belarus, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Transport and Communications Ministry of Belarus, the Ministry of Transport of Russia, Transneft, Belneftekhim Concern, and Novopolotsk City Executive Committee.
