NUCLEAR POWER IN BELARUS AND WORLDWIDE
MOSCOW, 24 March (BelTA) - The Commission on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia will hold a meeting in Minsk on 30 March, BelTA learned from the PA's press service.
“The MPs of the Parliamentary Assembly will consider the implementation of the action plan to set up a common information space of the Union State for 2021-2025, approved by Decree No. 6 of the Council of Ministers of the Union State of 16 July 2020, and on the work done to develop the Union State media holding company. MPs will also be updated on the implementation of the Union State program on the common principles of functioning of the common communications and information market in order to implement the provisions of the Union State Treaty of 8 December 1999,” the press service said.
Representatives of the Union State Standing Committee, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of Belarus, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of Russia, the heads of the Union State media outlets are invited to take part in the event.
