The quarter is located in the central part of the complex, so all the key objects of this "city inside the city" will be in close proximity.

The Eurasia quarter is distinguished by its great layout - eight residential buildings of the quarter and a housing maintenance service building are located evenly along the perimeter, and in the center of the quarter there will be a kindergarten for 230 kids. At the same time, every house will have children's playgrounds and sports grounds.

It is important that people who will buy apartments in the southern side of the quarter will be able to enjoy panoramic views of a new beautiful park that will be planted here. All the apartments located on the third floor and higher have floor-to-ceiling windows and each apartment has a glazed loggia. The huge windows open in the upper part - some 1.1 meters above the floor, while the lower part does not open and will have triplex safety glass that cannot be broken.

The ceilings are 2.7 meters high. The windows on the ground floor – in the lobby and commercial premises are nearly 4 meters high and the windows on the last floor are 3 meters high.

The spacious lobby is about 40m2 large and has two entrances – into the courtyard and to the parking lot. The lobby features a concierge stand, a recreation area, and a restroom with a baby changing station and a dog paw washer away from the main area of the lobby.

Every section of the house will have two high-speed and quiet elevators OTIS, one with the carrying capacity of 450kg, the other one will be panoramic.

In line with the schedule, the house will be commissioned in February 2022.

The Florence house has three sections up to 25 floors high and 366 apartments with the size ranging from 43m2 to 78m2 meters. All apartments are built to a base-build concept. There are three types of apartments: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

The ceiling height on the first floor and the last one will be 3m, on other floors – 2.7m.

The house will boast panoramic glazing and loggias in all apartments.

The third new house that has gone on sale is the Copenhagen house in the Northern Europe quarter. The quarter also offers fully-finished apartments in the Helsinki house.

The quarter is located in the southeastern part of the complex, along Kizhevatova Street. A kindergarten for 230 children and clinics for children and adults will be built here.
