MOSCOW, 31 December (BelTA – TASS) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered to make the jubilee medal “75 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945” for the CIS member states.
It is specified that the medal will be made in Russia to honor those who made a significant contribution to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The list of medal recipients and the medal presentation procedures will be determined by the regulations of the CIS member states. Russia is waiting for the information on the honorees from the CIS countries by 1 February 2020.
It is planned that the medals will be handed over through the diplomatic channels of the CIS countries no later than 1 March 2020.
