The refinancing rate dynamics has had a positive effect on the real estate market.

In 2023, this is the fourth rate cut. Each time it decreased by 0.5%. As the refinancing rate is dropping and loans are becoming cheaper, more people can afford real estate in new prestigious quarters of multifunctional complexes built by the group of developer companies, Yevgeny Busko explained.
