Poland wins Junior Eurovision 2019

GLIWICE, 25 November (BelTA) – Viki Gabor from Poland won the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with her song Superhero, BelTA has learned.

The Polish singer received a total of 278 points from the jury and online vote.

Viki Gabor is 12 years old. She was born in Germany and got primary education in the UK. The girl lives in Poland today.

Belarus' 14-year-old Liza Misnikova with her composition Pepelny (Ashen) finished 11th. The girl got a total of 92 points.

On 24 November young hopefuls from 19 countries took to the stage of Arena Gliwice at the grand final. These were the performers from Australia, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, Wales, France and the competition host Poland. The theme of this year's contest was Share The Joy.
